Our journey for MDR Specialists began in the midst of the global pandemic in 2020, when we decided to make Reno, NV our home.

The year 2020 will forever be etched in everyones memories as a time when the world faced unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The uncertainties it brought affected individuals and businesses alike, prompting us to reevaluate our lives and aspirations. Like everyone we knew, we were faced with devasting losses in our families and community, caused by the coronavirus. We felt lost, we felt defeated, we didnt know what to expect next. The feeling of not having control of our own lives sparked a fire in us. Determined to turn adversity into an opportunity, we decided to channel our energy into creating something positive for ourselves and our family.

In the early days, our venture started as a Debris Removal company, born out of the immediate needs of our community during the pandemic. As the world grappled with the challenges of COVID-19, so did we. We witnessed firsthand the impact on individuals and businesses, and we knew we wanted to contribute to rebuilding and revitalizing our community.

His extensive experience spans a myriad of services, including Hazardous Waste Removal, Residential Demolition, Renovation Tear Outs, Yard Makeovers, DG and Mulch Removal Specialty, and beyond. Lee is not just a leader; he is the driving force behind a dedicated team with over 30 collective years of industry experience. His commitment to excellence, coupled with his in-depth knowledge and certifications, ensures that every project under his guidance is executed with precision and utmost care. Holding a MBA from Concordia College and University, Angelina boasts over two decades of invaluable experience in the housing and property management industry. Passionate about ensuring the well-being of her community, she is currently on a transformative journey towards becoming a Health and Safety Practitioner for SCATS/OSHA and the regulatory agency of the state of Nevada. Beyond her impressive professional pursuits, Angelina finds fulfillment in dedicating her time to volunteer work. Her involvement spans a spectrum of community-centric initiatives, from organizing events and supporting local agencies to feeding the homeless and mentoring both youth and adults. Angelina envisions the betterment of her community as a collective effort, believing in the transformative power of uplifting individuals and structures, one person at a time. Her multifaceted expertise and unwavering commitment make Angelina Monianci a driving force in both the professional and philanthropic realms.

A proud 2019 graduate of Frostburg State University, Medina recently embarked on a new chapter by relocating from Baltimore, MD, to the vibrant city of Reno, NV, alongside her fiancé Anthony and their canine companions. Joining MDR Specialists, she wasted no time making her mark, immediately immersing herself in the challenge of shaping and solidifying the company's brand identity. Notably, Medina has taken on the responsibility of efficiently managing the business office, showcasing her keen organizational skills and business acumen. Her enthusiasm and proactive approach reflect her passion for contributing to the growth and success of MDR Specialists, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
